Thunderbird Park is the name of your new neighborhood. It is a quiet family area with lots of trees and parks nearby. Your very own backyard borders on a gorgeous mini-woods open space. That's right, no neighbors behind you, for plenty of privacy, quiet, and LOTS of birds (bird lovers will definitely want to keep a bird feeder stocked at all times).

There is a farmer's market & health food store just a few blocks away on 162nd, and supermarkets, video stores and other amenities nearby on Halsey.

Columbia View Park is just a short walk down Wasco. It is a 7.5 acre neighborhood park that is the perfect place for a picnic or games.

Glendoveer Golf Course and Fitness Trail is just down Halsey. This is a USGA fully certified public golf course. Click here for a short review and info on the golf course. For those that don't play golf, but love a nice shady walk or easy hike, this is a wonderful 2 mile trail. It winds around the outside of the golf course on one side and through a little wooded hilly area on the other. While working on the improvements to the house, this was a favorite daily exercise option!!
